What are you up to this weekend? The weather here is cycling from winter through to summer and back again, yet the flowers are not deterred. Our crocuses came and went, around town the daffodils are nearly spent while the camellias (above) are putting on a show, and the first of the azaleas are budding. Any signs of spring where you are?
National Nutrition Month® began on Wednesday. This year’s theme, Put Your Best Fork Forward, encourages everyone to make small changes in our eating (and activity) habits that add up to over time for better health.
